Trinity Basin Preparatory Volleyball League
The Trinity Basin Preparatory Volleyball League, operated in partnership with Hard Hitters Volleyball, is an eight-week afterschool program designed for students in grades 3rd–8th. The program provides a structured, positive, and encouraging environment where students can learn volleyball, stay active, build confidence, and develop teamwork and sportsmanship.
The program welcomes beginners as well as students who want to continue developing their skills.

Practices
When are practices and how often are they?
Teams will practice once per week for an hour and a half.
Games
How many games will they play? What days of the week?
Teams will play 8 games per session and the games will be held on Saturdays and some Sundays

Program Details
● Open to students in grades 3–8
● Eight-week volleyball program
● 1 practice each week
● Practice days and times to be determined
● Eight weekend league games
● Practices and most games held at Trinity Basin Preparatory
● Students from Trinity Basin Preparatory campuses in Arlington, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth, Dallas, and surrounding areas may participate. Open to the community as well
● One league shirt included with registration
● Athletes must bring water, knee pads, and athletic shoes
Skills and Development
Students will receive age-appropriate volleyball instruction focused on:
● Serving
● Passing
● Setting
● Hitting
● Court movement and positioning
● Volleyball rules and game knowledge
● Communication and teamwork
● Confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship
Players will be placed into appropriate training groups or teams based on their age, experience, team, registration numbers, and overall program needs.
Practices and League Games
Students will participate in one practice each week. Final practice days and times will be announced after registration is complete.
League games and tournament-style competitions will be scheduled on weekends. The program includes eight league games or competition dates, with most activities taking place in Arlington.
Game schedules, team assignments, locations, arrival times, and other important information will be provided to registered families before league play begins.
Athletes are responsible for bringing water, knee pads, and athletic shoes to practices and games.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is $125 per student and includes:
● Eight weeks of volleyball instruction
● 1 practice per week
● Eight league games or competition dates
● Coaching and program coordination
● Team and league administration
● One league shirt

● Registration deadline: October 9, 2026
● Proposed program start date: October 23, 2026
● Practice schedule: To be determined
● League games: Weekends
Final dates and schedules are subject to school approval, facility availability, registration numbers, holidays, and campus events.

Program Leadership
Hard Hitters Volleyball will manage registration coordination, practices, coaching, team placement, league schedules, games, tournaments, officials, and family communication. Hard Hitters Volleyball will also maintain the insurance required to operate the program.
